What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses the power of positive suggestion to change the subconscious mind.
The process aims to alter the state of consciousness to relax the conscious mind while simultaneously stimulating and focusing the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is in charge of our automatic bodily functions, emotions, beliefs, habits, and repeated thoughts. This is why the subconscious mind is so powerful and that is why our work in hypnosis is focused there.

Night Hypnosis

Attend a Night Hypnosis- addressing stress, anxiety, and sleep challenges

Be sure that you are in your PJs, your phone and earbuds are fully charged, and you have gone to the bathroom. You do not need to have your screen on since I want it to be dark for sleep.  I will talk to you for a few minutes and explain the process once again and answer any questions you may have.

At that point, you will lay down and be prepared for sleep as I will guide you to a deep relaxation as you fall sleep.  For almost 1 hour, I will feed your subconscious mind with powerful suggestions that will help with the challenges mentioned above.

Meditation – The freeway to enlightenment!

Candace Capella is a Business owner and meditation and mindfulness coach
who teaches people new systems for a living. She has been meditating for over 20
years and has studied various forms of meditation from Mindfulness, Self-
Realization, Breath Awareness, Kundalini yoga, and many others.

For her, meditation has become a rich and empowering foundation for living life fully. From her personal
experience of meditation and through the years that she has been studying, she has come to
passionately believe in its power to enable inner peace, self-awareness, prosperity, and resilience, and
should be accessible to everyone.
Her goal is to share meditation and mindfulness with others in the hope that they, like her, can benefit
from its gifts.  She is working so that she can help to make meditation available to all so that people can
raise their consciousness and become empowered to lead enriched, prosperous, happy, and healthy lives.
As you begin to learn to meditate, class by class, you will automatically begin to develop a sense of
peace and you will already have begun to reap the benefits of good health, joy, and happiness in your life.
Each class will begin with a short lecture on that week’s subject and then introducing a new meditation. A session of Q & A will follow each meditation and class. Candace will be guiding you each
week through a new meditation and by the end of the course, you will be able to comfortably meditate for
a minimum of 10 minutes, but 20 minutes is the ideal goal.

1 / Meditation

If you’ve decided to give meditation a shot, congratulations! You’ve also decided to improve your sleep, lower your blood pressure, increase your relationship harmony, and reduce your stress. In fact, setting aside a little time each day to get to know your mind is a great step on the path to an altogether healthier and happier life. Candace will walk you through a short guided meditation to learn how to relax, ground, and run energy as you go deep in your meditation.

3 / Chakras & Energy

Everything in the Universe moves and vibrates nothing rests everything you see around you is vibrating at one frequency or another and so are you. However your frequency is different from other things in the universe hence, it seems like you are separated from what you see around you-
people animals plants trees and so on, but in reality, you are not separated you are in fact living in an ocean of energy. We are all connected at the lowest level at the energetic level called the unified field. Everything has its own vibrational frequency, even our thoughts and feelings are governed by the law of vibration. If you want to find the secrets of the universe think in terms of energy frequency and vibration.

5 / Releasing Fears & Guilt

Candace will be talking about releasing our fears and guilt. We all fear what we don’t understand or what is new to us. You can’t fail in life because we are all here to learn. Don’t take yourself so seriously. You chose this life. Thoughts are things – negative thoughts give you a negative outlook. Anything you fear you will continue to draw into you until you face it and get over it. Many times, lessons come in threes. As events happen, ask yourself what is my positive lesson, how did I set it up and what do I need to change so I don’t have to keep doing this again?

2 / Affirmations & Visualizations

Candace will be speaking on how to use affirmations and
visualizations to help yourself not just for prosperity, but in all aspects of your life. Candace has a common approach to living and using affirmations, visualizations, and meditations in your life. Science says we use only 1/6 of our brain. As you listen to Candace and, learn to meditate, you begin to
start awakening those other cells in your brain. With guidance and advice from Candace, you can teach
yourself how to hear and see what is happening in your daily life and therefore make your life better.

4 / Harmony, Mind & Spirit

Candace will be talking about Mental Health and how we can learn to bring harmony to our body, mind, and spirit. Stress is one of the biggest causes of many illnesses. We
need to learn to deal with stress in healthy ways. Meditation can help us become centered. Candace gives tips and hints on how to listen to your body and learn how to relax. The higher your energy, the less you will react to what is going on around you. By using visualizations, affirmations, which is what prayer is, and meditation you can help to raise your energy which will protect you from stress and help you see
where things in your life need correcting. Listen to the common sense, down-to-earth advice from Candace – you’ll know it if she is speaking the truth – it will feel right to you.

6 / Improving Relationshsips

Candace will be speaking on improving relationships and interpersonal relationships. The universe leads people into our lives in order to trigger us to react. Your thoughts, words, and actions create your reality. Meditation helps to get your energy up so that you can see and hear what
is going on so that you can change. Your lessons will repeat until you learn them. In this session, Candace gives step-by-step suggestions on how to improve your relationships and help yourself.
